Here is the 2024-2025 Welcome Packet!

 

This is given out to students on the first day of school and to new students whenever they start at Westwood Charter.

 

These forms are given out every year.

 

Please fill out every single page of the form. Some of them may seem familiar and you may have filled it out once before, but we must make sure you fill it out again because information can change year by year. We want to make sure what we have on file is accurate.
